Everything was clean except one bed blanket. The bathrooms are beautiful and the apartment all around had high ceilings and pretty windows. Everything went smoothly after I downloaded the Sonder app and chatted with an agent for over an hour.

The stay was great. The room was clean. The space was a really nice modern interior. I could live there ...The instructions were clear for accessing the room and the building. The cost of parking in their garage was a little too high but l paid it for the convenience.

It was canceled last minute with the execuse that it was ot ready. I made the reservation the night before so how can it be ready then not ready in the morning! Storm was days back so it is not an excuse. We had the hardest time finding another reservation in such a short notice since we had to check out of our hotel!! Very unprofessional!

I rated my stay this way because when I first arrived, my place had not been cleaned and when I called to talk with someone about I kept getting the runaround about if I had taken pictures. Then the person said he would check on it and call me back and I never got a call back. I checked my email and found an email saying my room would not be ready for me to check-in until an hour later than expected. Since I was waiting for a call I didn’t think I needed to check for an email. As it turned out I didn’t get into my unit until nearly 8pm with a 4pm check-in. I would not have known if I hadn’t called Sonder back myself.

Price was ok. I could hear activity in a nearby unit - Urination in the toilet. The size of the unit was nice. I could not use the tv, but that was as advertised. The look of the wood floors was nice, but the change in elevation in several places in the unit was near dangerous. Especially at night.
