Nice spot.

Quiet block and a nice house. Two blocks up on the Avenue is a little sketchy, But I'd definitely rent this property again.

Property seems like a starter property; faucet and doorknobs weren't tightly secured in place. It was clean; small issue w ants coming out of locked closet. Property was secured with cameras and a gate. Definitely necessary for the neighborhood. We didn't experience any issues personally. The was a police chase through the neighbor while we were there. Helicopter flying over.

Poor communication from the host prior to the trip. This property is in a sketchy area of town--definitely not family-friendly. There are 2 separate units with 3 bedrooms each. The units were decently clean, but everything seemed very cheap quality for the price point to rent this house. Unless you want to be near the stadiums, I'd stay away from this part of town.
