This location and home provided the perfect New Year's family celebration. The host was very informative. The home and the location was stellar. We were already talking about a date for the summer, five stars.

The house was very clean and roomy. Top of the line furnishings and the main bedroom was fantastic! Also, very close to several attractions. Within walking distance of restaurants.

Wonderful Stay

The property was great; we had a wonderful stay. Damn Fine Coffee across the street was amazing! Also, the Backyard restaurant was a short walk and the food was really good. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such an awesome home! The location of it was perfect and it was so clean and cozy.. will definitely be looking to book here every time we are staying near kemah.

Family Christmas

The property was just as advertised, plenty of space for gathering with family, plenty of beds and the fire pit was extra fun. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Waterfront Stay

The house as beautiful and so was the location, the owner reached out to us prior to our stay to welcome us and was easy and quick to communicate with. Quiet and peaceful area with stores and restaurants nearby, We would definitely book this property again for future stays! Sandy was a great host with an Amazing home

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed a weekend here with our big family and it was perfect! Our teenage and adult children had plenty to do. Beautiful home with a beautiful view off the back deck! Beautifully decorated, clean and extremely homey! We highly recommend this home! We will stay here again!

Excellent holiday home!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful, fully contained house on the shore. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner went above and beyond for my family and I cannot thank them enough! You made our vacation to Texas thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend this home to everyone. There were 8 of us visiting Houston to go to NASA with our children and this home with a game room did not disappoint. Late night tacos and ice cream right across the street too 👌Thank you very much for so graciously accommodating us Brits!

Great Family Time

We rented this property to spend with our large family all under one roof. It was very clean, and so much to do for all ages. The location could not have been more perfect, very close to grocery store and restaurants. The younger adults loved the coffee house across the street; they had gelato every night. Great views and lots of parking. Highly recommend.

Spring Break 2023

Management was great. Great view of the bay and the boardwalk. Large houses and properties are very well-kept. We had two full families and a grandpa (me). The Grands loved the downstairs playroom. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit on our last night. We are already planning our next trip and we hope to stay in this very nice property.

Home away from home!

Host was very easy to communicate with. Location is great for Space Center, Armand Bayou, and not too far to Galveston. Lots of food options in area. Calm neighborhood for evening walks. Beds super comfy and lots of space to spread out. Games area downstairs was a hit with my kids. Some things to note: stairs for entry are quite steep for those with mobility challenges (this is mentioned in listing), some of the dishes were dirty (cutting boards), highway noise was quite noticeable (earplugs did the trick). Would definitely stay again!

Great location and house for a family reunion!

We chose this house for a long overdue family reunion. The rest of the family lives in Seabrook and we needed a four bedroom house to accommodate company. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Seabrook with a coffee and pastry shop across the road. So many great dining options within walking distance. The house was large enough to allow for private space as well as large common space. We took advantage of the fire pit and game room even though it was 100 degrees. All of us were so happy with the location, we will definitely book it again!

Amazing Home

The house was beautiful!!! I got my workout with the stairs. Since only one child chose to stay with me in this amazing 4 bedroom house the entire upstairs was mine!!! I loved sitting on the decks and taking pics of all the birds. Also saw a wonderful sunset. My sons loved fishing off the back dock. If it wasn’t mosquito season we would have spent more time outside. I loved being here!!!

Cozy water view retreat

Location, location, location! 2 adults, 2 kids. This house has room to roam! Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Hangout in the game room garage or by the fire pit. The lights of Kemah dance on the water. We went to the Lone Star Flight Museum on our first day. Day 2 was an easy drive to Galveston for a ferry ride and the aquarium at Moody Gardens. Close to food for dining out or stock up and cook in the well appointed kitchen! We'll be back to go to Kemah and NASA!
