Horrible

Host did not respond after numerous messages. After reading other bad reviews, I started to get nervous and contacted VRBO to make sure I was going to have a place to stay. They reached out to him with no response as well. They had to refund me and help me find some other place to go the day before. I don’t understand why this person is still on VRBO with no communication and horrible reviews.

This property is a scam

The host never communicated. Not once. We arrived at the property and I called host phone number listed, phone was disconnected. Do not book this property. Thankfully I was able to get a refund. I informed the people at the front desk and they mentioned that the same thing happened to people last week.. SCAM, SCAM, this listing needs to be removed.

So Disappointing

I had a confirmed booking, and the host never sent check in details. Numerous attempts to contact by myself and VRBO... ghosted. So no stay, and no place to stay. Thumbs down for this host.

Apartment was nice and clean. Great location. Just make sure that you communicate with the host before you’re checking in late so that there will be no confusion. Very nice host.

DO NOT STAY! NOT SAFE OR CLEAN.

I wish I was leaving a good review but I honestly can’t. The whole situation was very sketchy. When we got to the condo A woman who was not the person on the listing, got out of a car and gave us a set of keys and pointed to what door we should enter. It was very weird and we were instantly nervous. A tour was never given. It said a parking spot was included but we had no idea where. We entered the apartment and it had the heaviest smell of marijuana. We felt instantly disgusted. It did not feel clean at all. The blanket also smelled of marijuana. I thought every host had to hire professional cleaners to sanitize due to COVID. We did not feel comfortable so we left within 45min of being there and booked a hotel. I contacted vrbo and they said they would reach out to the host. It was the last day we would be in town and we still hadn’t heard back from the host or vrbo so I reached out to the host about a refund and that has yet to happen. We did not stay a single day there and theres proof of it. I did not feel safe there nor did I feel like it was a healthy or clean environment so I do not recommend. Vrbo needs to do better at screening host. This has never happened to me before and I travel extremely often.
