There was a man standing outside my door for hours me and my baby sister tried going to the coke machine multiple times and the man wouldn't leave he looked at me and said if I was intimated and smiled i called the front desk and she had a horrible attitude and said she couldn't do anything about it I pleaded with her and told her I didn't feel safe not did my sister I asked and pleaded for her to call someone higher than her like the gm to see if they could do anything the general manager called my room and said she had no control and could not do anything about the man outside my door she had no control over it and it was normal . I begged the manager to relocate us or refund she said no and hung up. Never got another response from the hotel again.

Under Heavy Construction which is much needed

Pros: Convenient location to our event.
Cons: EVERYTHING
We specifically asked for a bottom floor room because of being elderly with disabilities but were put upstairs and there is no elevator. Boards were loose in the flooring in the hall and in the room. Old mattresses lined the hallway. Telephone could not be disconnected and alternated between music and a busy signal all night long. The handle fell off of the water dial in the shower making it impossible to turn off. No usual amenities like shampoo/conditioner and hand lotion. The counter tops were stained and caulking falling out. There was no coffee pot in the room and no coffee available in the front office common area and no one at the front desk to ask to make it. No dish soap in the kitchen to wash the dishes. Toilets lined up in the front hall when you come in the main door waiting to be installed. You could hear every word spoken and dogs barking in the room next door. When I told the desk clerk about the telephone and shower dial, her response was, "How was the rest of your stay in our hotel?" I didn't bother to answer that.

Did not stay did not get a refund

Bed spread needed to be replaced cigarette burns in it. Key wouldn’t work had to have staff help. Smelled awful husband would not stay so we left, figured we would be offered atleast a partial refund but...
