Sitting just down the street from the famous Kemah boardwalk, your family will love this gem of a home in the heart of Kemah! With a large private pool and fire pit in the fenced backyard, a stocked kitchen for food lovers, and comfortable living and sleeping spaces, you have everything you need for relaxation and fun at the house. When you’re ready to go exploring, Cien Park and the restaurants, shops, and rides of the Kemah Boardwalk await.

• Location: Kemah, Texas - less than a mile from the Kemah Boardwalk!
• Private Pool: The home has a private pool in the backyard that is 5 feet deep.
• Community Amenities: Across the street from Cien Park in Kemah, which has two playgrounds, a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and skate park.
• WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
• Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
• Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars between the garage and driveway.
Welcome to Baybreeze Grove! Walking into the home, the first bedroom is on your left with a queen size bed, and access to the garage is on your right. The spacious living room is straight ahead and filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the pool in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, and has a small nook with table and chairs. There’s also a formal dining room and laundry room off the kitchen.
Down the hallway are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The first bedroom has a king size bed and full over full bunk bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The spacious master suite is off the living room and has a king size bed, full bathroom with soaking tub and huge closet, and french doors leading out to the pool deck.
The fully fenced backyard is an outdoor oasis for kids and pets alike with a patio surrounding the large in-ground pool, outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill. Just across the street is Cien park with two playgrounds, a full sized covered basketball court, two tennis courts and a huge skate park. When you’re ready for more fun, the Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile away! Baybreeze Grove will quickly become your favorite home away from home.

We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
