Staff genuinely care about guests. Had a room with the ac not working and was given a second room for free. Building desperately needs a remodel and ac system seems to be the biggest issue. Supervisor Danielle took care of our issues and was awesome to deal with.

THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING UNIQUE ABOUT THE PROPERTY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS WE WERE ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND WE COULD HERE THE ROOM ABOVE US WALKING AND RUNNING ON THE FLOOR. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO ASK THEM TO BE QUITE AND IT WAS IGNORED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE TRIED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK SEVERAL TIMES AT 3AM AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE.
ALSO THE DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN IN OUR ROOM. PLUS WE HAD TO GO AND BUY OUR OWN SKILLET TO COOK IN BECAUSE THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH FOR ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok, was not pleased with all of the noise in the hallway, but other that that I recommend it.

Terrible
Checked in and got to room. The room was so hot you broke a sweat from opening the door. The room smelled moldy. The swimming pool was nasty. The air conditioner made a horrible noise and didn’t cool when temp adjusted. We left after being in the room for 15 minutes.

We got off our plane at 7 PM and arrived at the hotel at 8 PM. They had given away our confirmed room because we didn't check in at 6 PM. There was nothing that said we had to check in by 6 PM or our rooms would be given away. Then they "upsold" us into a room that was $50 more because that was all they had. Staff was unhelpful and I was unable to resolve with any manager as "they weren't there". There were no supplies in the room. No shampoo, no coffee pot, nothing. No dishes although there was a kitchen. Breakfast was a joke. Some granola bars and packaged muffins and coffee.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:Proximity of restaurants and other businesses.
Cons:breakfast
Location:The hotel is located on a nice strip of businesses. The Johnson Space Station was nearby by car.
I booked this room even with some negative reviews because of its proximity to the spots I was visiting. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired, but there are many restaurants in the area to enjoy.
