I booked this home for a girls’ trip during spring break and encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay.First, the gate was not automatic as expected. Each time we entered or exited, we had to get out of the car to manually open and close it.There was also no disclosure about the excessive number of bugs on both the front and back porches, which made it impossible to sit outside.Upon entering, there was a strong urine smell throughout the home. I contacted Lou immediately; he suggested it might be cleaning products, but the odor was overwhelming. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to make the home tolerable.The property did not match the listing photos. There were stains on the walls, the couches were visibly filthy, a loose light fixture near the dining area, and a damaged chair. The home clearly needs maintenance and deep cleaning.Additional issues included hair on the master bedroom window, a missing lightbulb in the Jack and Jill bathroom, a loose front door handle, and a greasy pan when we attempted to cook.All issues were reported to Lou. While a late checkout was offered, it required an additional fee.Due to the cleanliness issues and misrepresentation, I am requesting a partial refund.
