The apartment was wonderful. The host was welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean, safe, and well appointed. We were able to walk to nrg stadium. We needed to extend our stay in Houston and were happy to book additional time here!

Excellent!

This property is perfect for anyone who is staying for medical care. It is minutes from the medical center, close to NRG and the Astrodome. Grocery stores and restaurants are close also. The host were excellent.

Best place ever!

We have stayed at several locations around Houston and I have to say this is the best place we have rented. The owners are very nice and very prompt if there is anything that needs to be addressed. We have been here 3 months and it is a very safe area and the unit is very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection!

Beautiful, well-appointed and secure. We stayed here for two months, and it was absolutely perfect. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, medical center, and NRG stadium. Looks exactly like the photos. The complex is quiet and has a wonderful pool and gym. The host, Davida, is very, very kind and helpful. This property is perfect for a long- or short-term stay.

Excellent!

We loved this place! It's super convenient for the hospitals or the Museum District. No need for a car, there is grocery and Target within walking distance (during the day was fine, some may not feel super safe walking at night), and the metro is 2 blocks away. Davida was great for any communication and super friendly and helpful the whole time. The pool is nice and the neighbors friendly! We would be back in a heartbeat!

Would definitely recommend for a long term stay!

I am a PA student who had a clinical rotation at MD Anderson. I stayed on the property for 5 weeks and did not have a problem the whole time I stayed. The property is in a gated community and I felt safe the whole time! It is in a very very VERY convenient location. It is close to literally everything (20-30 minute drive). There is a grocery store walkable distance if you have no car. Ms. Smith is very responsive. She is accommodating as well! She is lovely and met us with warm cookies when we arrived! I would definitely recommend this property for a long term stay.

Excellent, close, and convenient!

I needed somewhere close to the medical facilities. This property is so close you could walk ,if you wish, and the security access only makes it so safe. I enjoyed being just less than a mile from grocery store, food, etc. The property was clean and just as pictured upon arrival! If you ever needed anything the host was just a text/call away. I would highly recommend for anyone who is traveling to Houston.
