10/10 would definitely recommend and choose this property again when returning to the area. The directions to the home and checkin process were a breeze. Everything we needed to know relative to our stay was clearly communicated. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable, the beds were comfy, and the bedside side charging ports were a nice added touch. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything one would need, and there was plenty of space to accommodate our party and for everyone to sleep comfortably. If there was one critique, it would be regarding the landscaping/lawn. The driveway parking space was a little tight with us having a larger vehicle, so when attempting to park our vehicles side by side, there was concern with opening the vehicle doors and feeling like we were stepping into the shrubs/bushes along the driveway. We also did not explore the backyard as the grass needed cutting. I want to be clear though that I suspect that the rain played a factor as it rained every single day that we were there. Just from a few observations, such as the debris in the surrounding ditches, we could tell that the neighborhood may have been a little rough, but nevertheless, we felt safe at all times and it did not discount our love for the property itself. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Dylan made sure we felt welcomed and that everything went smoothly. Again, we would definitely choose this property in the future when seeking accommodations in Houston.
