We came to Colorado for the beautiful trails and all the amazing parks to explore, but on our days off, we really enjoyed relaxing at this comfortable home. It’s in a quiet area with stunning views from the back porch. The kids especially loved the spacious basement with the ping pong table and arcade games. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect place for our family to gather from all over the country. Bedrooms were spacious and delightful! The kitchen and dining room allowed for family eating and visiting. The views were spectacular! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

This home is very near downtown Paonia, which was initially why we booked it - we were not disappointed! The home had plenty of room for a family gathering, and all the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the back deck (both day and stargazing at night). The ping pong table and arcade game were a bonus. We will definitely book again.

The house was the right fit for our family of 10ppl with the 5 bedrooms. The back patio had an outstanding view. The kitchen was fully outfitted with quality utensils, pots & pans, etc. since we choose to cook most of our meals. We look forward to coming back again.

Sweetest Spot!

We converged from four far places to this sweet spot between Hotchkiss and Paonia. The views from each room were outstanding and the house was lovely. Easy entry through garage to the lower level, a fantastic, roomy kitchen, well appointed for our party of nine greeted us. Adjoining the kitchen was a living room with mountain views that were spectacular. Bedrooms all cozy, interesting art, games, books. We really couldn’t have asked for more, it was a beautiful and roomy place for us to spend a few days. Recommend this highly!

House was as advertised but the 2 half-baths proved to be a bit of a scheduling challenge with 10 people to share 2 showers. The house was well stocked with disposable supplies (paper towels, soap, tp, garbage bags, etc.) and had a good supply of extra towels, sheets and blankets. Wi-Fi was critical as the cell signal for Verizon phones was non-existent from the property but it worked flawlessly once connected. Even had one of the guests working remotely from the house for 2 half day sessions without interruption.There was a nice welcome package of local wine and coffee that was a great touch.We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and wildlife from the deck overlooking the valley.

Was a wonderful place for old and young!

This place was beautiful. We booked it because it had 3 bedrooms on the main level with extra bedrooms and a bath downstairs. It's roomy, comfortable, well designed, large kitchen, and great rooms. The only challenge was that the only television was downstairs which was tough for the elderly people in the family (we were there for a family wedding) for evening news or football watching but we figured it out. The one other thing to know about this property is that while it says it is 4 bathrooms, its 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There is no full bathroom downstairs. Didn't matter for us, we were able to bathe our 4 year old in the upstairs shared bathroom. Otherwise, wonderful views and almost like bringing the outdoor in!
