The complex is minutes from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, approximately 10 min from historical downtown, and less than a mile away from some of the best lake front restaurants in town. This is a perfect condo for a quiet relaxing get away with friends, family, or the significant other.

Perfect condo and location
The property was really nice. I came to Hot Springs for a dance comp with my two daughters and my parents. The location was great for our shopping day and was about a 20 minute drive to the convention center. My mother and I sat on the patio in the morning having coffee and enjoyed being able to see the Lake.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood
We were in town for a high school choir conference and performance. This was a nice change of pace from hundreds of school kids in a motel. We were able to cook in the condo which saved us money. The condo was about the same amount as two rooms in a nice hotel.
