Room was clean and nice. Amenities were lacking. Bottles in shower were either stopped up or empty. They did have three tiny bottles on the sink but not enough for two persons. They did have baskets of shampoo & conditioner on the end of the counter in the offices but no one mentioned them and they had no body wash there. I didn’t notice them until later! Did not like kiosk check in and out. One other thing, if you have your iPhone near your door card, it erases your entry and you have to get someone to let you in.

The staff was non existent and the housekeeping staff that were present 1/2 the day were rude and unprofessional. I was traveling to Iowa via Florida when I got a flat tire (my next overnight stop was to be St. Louis) I am a woman traveling alone with a service animal that was approved when I was waiting for my uber the employee told me I could not sit inside the building once I checked out and so I went to the entry way mind you I’m from Florida so the cold weather is a big challenge to get used to she expected me and my service animal to sit out in the cold and wind it was so rude and sad. I was there for 3 nights and every morning they were hassling me about late checkout when I had already told the agent I was staying extra days. I asked for toilet paper, towels, and a trash bag that never was received even though it was only myself and 2 to 3 construction people staying there. The bed was comfortable and clean the room was ok there is no elevator so that was difficult.. overall even though it is a days inn it is still a Wyndham property and there should be set standards especially for staff just because it’s cheap doesn’t make it okay for a rude unacomadatable staff.

Don’t be fooled by the price

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Room was filthy. Seemed like the only cleaning ever done was changing sheets and towels. Graffiti on walls in the shower - seriously! Floors were sticky and had holes in them. Beds are so high it could be hard for kids or older people to get in them. “Breakfast” was simply toast, cereal, yogurts and muffins. Apple juice was pure water and coffee always was full of grounds or tasted like water.

The check in was terrible, there is no physical person at a desk, its a person working remote on a kiosk with cameras that you talk to. Literally every time for the 2 nights I had booked, the room key cards didnt work so I had to go back to the lobby and talk to a person through a camera on a kiosk to get a machine to produce new key cards. And I had to return my old one, my friend had the other key, but when they canceled the one key, it canceled both. And my friend who was staying with me was working down the road til midnight both nights so each time i got a new key, i had to drive to bring him one in case he got there and i was asleep since he couldn't go to a human at the desk and his name wasnt on the reservation he couldnt have the kiosk guy produce a new one for him. Very frustrating and inconvenient. We did not have breakfast. The walls and door were thin you could hear every vehicle that went by and many were loud semi trucks that beeped when backing up. There was one towel, no washcloths and a bath mat in the room. The room was clean, no problems there. Area seemed safe. Then to top it off, the housekeeper was banging on the door at 10am although check out wasnt until 11..would never stay here again. Dont recommend. Stay next door at sleep inn. A but more expensive but nicer and better stay.

Bad smell of cigarettes and humidity, dirty bathroom and shower with garbage from previous guests I was in room #120 and the guy in room #119 apparently lives there and the two nights I was there he played loud music at 4 am or 5am in the morning when he got up and accelerated his work car and a lot of noise and disorder

It was a convinient location. I described before and will say again it just lacks a little bit of personal touch with the checkin process being a person on screen instead of someone at the front desk. The room loked clean but actually the floors and some surfaces were not as clean as they should have been. The floors seemed to not have had a good mopping in a long while. Other then that its a convenient location with a fast food restaurant and gas station near by.
