We enjoyed how close this property is to the beach. It is directly on the beach, just 20 steps from the water. The house is well-loved and used. It was clean, but many areas of the house showed a lot of wear and tear. Things like the shower faucet handle would fall off, and you'd have to push it back on to turn the water on or off. One bedroom door only opens partway, rugs and towels have stains, outdoor beach chairs are completely falling apart, etc. But I felt like it was comfortable enough for the price and a good space if you have kids, because you won't need to worry that they will stain the furniture or break any ornamental trinkets. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was super helpful! However, you'll need to choose between a shower, dishwasher, or washing machine, but don't try to use them at the same time, or there will be no water. Only one water source can be on at a time. The AC units work well and do a great job of keeping the house cool at night.My biggest complaint about this property was the difficulty I had getting a response from the host. It would take anywhere from 3 days to a week for her to respond. She was very polite and helpful when she did respond, just very slow in replying. I was feeling nervous that this property might be a fake listing after so many days of no response, so just know it is real, and they will eventually reply.Note for host: The mini-microwave is too small to fit a plate inside it. Consider replacing.
