The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Unfortunately we booked this place specifically for a pool and it was closed for maintenance the entire duration of our stay. When we checked in the person working specifically mentioned the pool hours but not the closure so my daughter and I were very disappointed to have put on our suits and gotten ready to swim only to find it closed.

A fast-food drive-thru is right outside our room window. We can hear every car and every order over the drive-thru speaker. Empty parking lot, hotel is not full and we are put on the noisiest side of the hotel. Very disappointing and tired from lack of sleep.

When we went to eat breakfast, there was no food left at the buffet and breakfast was still be served for 45 more minutes. I asked the lady in the breakfast area if more food was coming out, she said she didn't know and she was busy. I asked front desk person and she quickly resolved the problem. More food was brought out gor the breakfast buffet.

I waited 37 minutes for someone at the front desk to check in. When the attendant arrived, no apology or acknowledgement to the fact that i had to wait that long. Called the number posted multiple times only to get a recording. The door does not seal properly letting in tons of light, same with the window shades. Disappointing stay.
