Amazing location. Easy checking in. Hassle free parking. Friendly guests and residents. Pool, Sun Deck and BBQs. Direct water access via stairs. Everything you need and more. The best trip ever!!!
Great location! Older condos but well maintained. Got to meet some neighbors who were great. The condo I stayed in had fantastic views of Lanai and Molokai. Total paradise here in Maui.
We learned very quickly that the plumbing is sensitive and backed up but the management company took care of it very quickly and restocked all of our towels. They also supplied us with a new coffee maker, as we were challenged with the existing one. We were very satisfied. The location was perfect and we saw sea turtles and crabs from our view. The sunsets were incredible and were a highlight to our evenings. We had a wonderful trip!
The property location was amazing! We watched the whales giving a free show as we ate our breakfast on the lanai. Anything that one would need was a short drive away; restaurants, shopping, beach, hikes.
The only reason I gave a 4* in the accuracy of the listing was that it is listed as 2 bedrooms and the photos really do have you thinking that. The 2nd bedroom is a sliding door with beds that come out of the wall. That did not nother us, my teenagers enjoyed it, but a bit misleading.
I don't think there would have been a better place to watch the whales or the sunset!
I have never had an experience like this! The breaker kept tripping and we had no air conditioning or electricity! Getting a hold of someone was difficult. Property management claimed they brought an electrician out and everything was fine, but it was not! By the 4th day there, no one even tried to fix the situation. The property HOA actually locked the breaker box and said it was a fire hazard! We ended up leaving the island! I would not recommend staying at this property!
Finding the entrance to the unit was a bit tricky; You access through the pool area. Getting in at 4 with AC off meant the condo was uncomfortably warm, but cooled eventually with the use of the ac units. The location was awesome, we could take a couple of steps off the lanai and watch turtles feasting on the algae in the ocean or a sunset from the living room. Accessing an outlet for my CPAP in the room with the Murphy bed was a bit difficult. The only available working one that I found was at the foot of the bed, making a bit of a trip hazard of the cord. It was a great location with some minor inconveniences to be expected in older buildings. A lot of the furniture was in need of replacement, it was hard for someone with knee problems to get off the Murphy bed or out of a couple of the chairs. The pool was great, there seemed to always be a bit of shade available for those of us seeking a sun break, but plenty of sun for others.
