wonderful, no problems whatsoever

Pros: everything, very quiet at night... the Sha-Tin region isn't near the main areas of Hong Kong, but that's a very good thing. Easy access to Taxis,
Cons: Check-in time took way too long.
Location: Good food nearby, very large mall a fairly short walk away.
room was huge, got a king sized bed, solid A/C, in-room wifi worked very well. Hotel restaurant has all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast/lunch/dinner with great food and discounts for hotel guests.

Nice and friendly, close to every where.

Pros: Close to the city station , I can go to the city any where in a few mins. The price is right. I felt comfortable every day I walked in the hotel.
Cons: May be the hotel is old, need to reconstruction.
Location: The location is nice and pretty, can walk on the road next to the river. Very nice since. Can go to Sha Tin city center mall to do all kinds shopping
The staffs in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The only thing I have complaint is : why the hotel has no free wi-fi ? We have to pay extra .

Good deal to me

Consider a good deal to my need. One comment is that no free internet usage in the hotel room unless book thruogh hotel's own website.

I feel there was lack of a germ safe area. The main entrance to the suite is in direct contact with the main entrance. I like carpeting alot. None..

Pros: smiles
Cons: Noisy, no free breakfast
The refrigerator died the first night. I needed to contact hotel personal 3 times to get the issue resolved. Dirty duvee from the start. Expensive and warm beer and water in the refrigerator. The wall on the end of the bed was so stained. I felt that was a health issue. It was too tight of a space. Lack of comminication 1/2 of the time or less with hotel and restaurant staff. There was no free breakfast. The sound penetrated the windows even though we were on the 17th floor. Very noisy through the entrance doors of the suites near by. Lack of info of shuttle service. Still appreciate service provided, but I feel it lacked a 4 star service.

Horrible Service

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet, Poor breakfast, horrible staff and service, they charge for everything, want you to upgrade to iregal which is a scam
The staff is very rude and do not know how to give proper service. They price the rooms around $10 cheaper then others..do not fall for this scam. Pay the extra and stay somewhere where they will treat you better. Trust me, you'll enjoy your Hong Kong stay much better.

the staff of this hotel is very average, however not much more can be expected .

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
I have stayed in hongkong for as long as 4 months at a time. An have stayed at most of the hotels u will find at travelocities web site. That being said this particular hotel is located in a developing area of new teritorries. The hotel has good amenities and the room size for money is excellent for hongkong. However it is far away from town and shopping. If u have a family and on a budget this is not a bad choice. If however u are there for business i would recommend something closer into town for the sake of convinience.

Good Location, Service, and Price.

We spent eight days and seven nights in Hong Kong. The hotel is located in a convenient area to where we can reach by taking a city bus from the airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus to the MTR station without charges. However, it is not available after 9:00pm and you need to take a taxi to get back to the hotel at the Shatin station. It only costs $*HKD. The size of the room is perfect. Housekeeping service is friendly. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel. It is highly recommended and we would stay there again next time.
