We booked 2 rooms, the conditioner was so noisy it kept both parties up. Also one of the rooms did not have hot water in the shower. It was really late at night so we didnt complain - not sure if anything could be done without having to switch rooms.

We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Property very small and rooms are nowhere near what the photos indicate. Bathroom has bad smell and in need of remodeling. Surrounding area is very busy but businesses close early (8pm) compared to mong kok and tsim sha tsui. Staff was reasonably nice however.

Clean spacious room. Conveniently located. The shower was one of the best of any hotels we have stayed at. Bed was a bit too firm for us. Have stayed at their sister location around the corner. It’s just as good.

This hotel is a really nice hotel with very spacious and well equipped rooms, but one of my bath towels was dirty so I've scored it down for that. The breakfast isn't very good as it's pretty much just bread or bread rolls, but there is fresh orange juice. The lifts do take a while as other reviews have mentioned, but as long as you take that into account if you need to leave at a certain time, it's fine.

Loved the room, was on a high floor and had a nice view of Victoria Peak and surrounding buildings, location is pretty close to the MTR station, the staff were nice, the lady in the first floor managing the elevators was very kind.
