Location Location Location
We really liked the convenience of walking to the beach or to various shops, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms were clean and functional. Nicely stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were also well supplied. The washer and dryer came in handy for us. We used the patio and grill as well as the beach wagon, chairs, etc.
Only suggestion is a little investment in landscaping would make the property more appealing from the street.

Almost perfect
As other reviewers stated the property is very clean. They took the time to try and think of everything you might need. It is very tiny so there was no where to place a suitcase but again even foldable luggage racks were thought of. The property is GREAT the only issues, which unfortunately by the end of the week had become a huge issues. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the water pressure is horrid. Showers took 3 times as long and we never felt fully clean. By weeks end we were left feeling cranky from sleep deprivation and dirty. If those couple things are addressed this property will be just wonderful

Exactly as advertised
SeaBreeze does a great job of communicating and the property was EXACTLY as advertised. We've done some rentals where the pictures were a few years old - not this place. Super clean and great start with paper towels, TP, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. Liked the washer/dryer. The other duplex is not being rented and so our stay was very quiet. One additional perk was that there were beach chairs available too. Walking distance to beach and Walgreens, 1 minute drive to Publix. Quiet neighborhood, but close to many restaurants. We'd do this again. Well done.
