Jackie was the best host I've ever had with rentals because she knows how to communicate. Great location. I've been to Anna Maria many times and this checks all the boxes.

We had an amazing time at Jackie's place. My husband and two kids (4 and 2) stayed and loved our first visit to AMI. The pool and beach were the big highlights of the week - beach was beautiful and an easy 7-10 min walk, pool was warm and the steps made it easy for my 2 year old to play in. Only drawback if I had to find one is that the house comes with minimal extra supplies (had to buy shampoo, detergent, sandwich bags/aluminum foil). What was awesome was the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, towels etc that were provided so that more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!

Love the garden area that offered privacy from neighbors. Pool was the perfect temp. Great location on quiet block just a couple blocks from beach access.

I loved this house. It was a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels and towels, not as many washcloths. It’s great having a washer and a dryer to use during the week. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The pool was nice and private.
