Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- No smoking and no pets.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- No bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties of any kind.
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.

Second year staying here. Just love it. Check in is so easy and communication prior to stay is great. The condo is so spacious and has everything you need. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out. The kids absolutely love the pool. Close to the beach!

The condo was great. Elevator and luggage cart were clutch for all of our stuff and my older parents. Great balcony views of the marina. Huge open floor plan, even bigger in person. Great that every bedroom has own bathroom. Great pool and playground for the kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially large groups. Only criticism is that the balcony and chairs could use a deep cleaning and spray for bugs every so often. A lot of huge spiders had made their permanent home there.

Awesome family vacation

We wanted a place for our kids and grandkids plus my parents. This was perfect. So much space and so clean. All amenities included that we needed. Kids loved the pool and playground . We used the gas grills too which were great. Location was perfect. Plus the balcony was great for morning coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely loved our accommodations and property! Our family consisted of my husband and our 4 grandkids and their parents. The rooms were perfect and accommodated everyone comfortably. Great family getaway spot!

This was a great place to stay with our family for a long weekend in Holland. The pool was so fun for our little ones, and we loved that it’s a short drive to the beach. The condo was very clean! We loved having coffee out on the balcony overlooking the marina in the mornings. The owners were communicative & check in/out was a breeze. We really appreciated that they had a pack and play available to borrow - one less thing for us to pack!

The pictures don't do the place justice. It's a large, clean unit with nice fixtures. Very quiet, with excellent sound proofing. The view of the marina is great and it was fun watching the boats go out and come in. Unit very close to Holland State Beach and Tunnel Park beach access. Very easy to bike to beach. Downtown Holland also an easy drive. Overall, my family of grandparents, teenagers, and my husband and I were very happy with our stay at The Staterooms.

Great condo in fab location

Beautiful marina view. Nice amenities are pool, small market, playground and bar. Almost everything you could need to enjoy your vacation is on the property. We did need some extra linens our fault for not checking ahead of time. Otherwise we’ll stocked. Large balcony with plenty of seating is a big plus. Would stay again!

Holiday get away

3 families of Hope students came into Holland for Labor day holiday. The location was ideal with views of Mariana , access to pool, charter fishing, and all the bike trails. Being able to ride bikes to state park and beach avoided the long line of vehicles definitely a bonus. The bunks great for teen sons, huge kitchen, & patio to sit and sip coffee to sunrise. Definitely will stay again over the next 4 years !

A wonderful family vacation

We, all ages, enjoyed the accommodations with the pool and being located close to downtown Holland as well as Holland State Park Beach! The kids enjoyed jet skiing, building sand castles, hiking the dunes, and ice cream! Such a great time!

This very nice 3 bedroom had beautiful view of marina and lake. The beach is beautiful but a good 30 minute walk from location. on a path and safe. Close to everything, which was about 5-10 minuted drive to anywhere. Enjoyed our stay!
