A former barn renovated over three levels, featuring a metal staircase, exposed stone walls, a suspended reading net (not for jumping), and a private terrace perfect for relaxing. Enjoy a real kitchen equipped for cooking.



The three bedrooms (two with 140 cm beds, one with a 160 cm bed) are on the first floor. The living and dining areas are on the second floor, with access to a cozy, secluded terrace. You can park your vehicle in the large garage. Please note, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



From this fully renovated barn, combining stone and metal for total comfort, you’re equally close to the year-round Cerdagne resorts, Mediterranean beaches, and the charming towns of Perpignan, Prades, Thuir, and Villefranche de Conflent. Spain is about 45 minutes away.



Set out directly from Bouleternère to explore hiking trails through orchards and olive groves to Serrabone, Saint Michel de Llotes, Marcevol, or discover menhirs, medieval chapels, and abandoned mountain villages. On your return, enjoy the peace of a fortified village, or take a dip in Lake Vinça just 5 km away.



Nearby, you’ll find the thermal baths of Vernet and Molitg and the hot pools of Cerdagne. Away from summer crowds, Bouleternère is a peaceful village and the perfect base to discover this beautiful region.
