I loved my stay at this hotel. It's small and adequate, a very short 5 minute(if that) ride to the airport. They have breakfast from 6 am to 9.30 am on the 7th floor every morning. The staff up there is always very kind and helpful. The front desk staff speak English. I would stay here again. One thing to note, it is on a very busy one way street and crossing to the other side is a bit nerve-wracking. Grab drivers always seem to stop on the other side of the road. That being said, a couple blocks to the west is a small convenience store next to a stoplight for crossing. A block to the east and you're at a quite large park that runs behind the hotel.

While some aspects of our stay at Thang Long Hotel were acceptable, several significant issues left us very disappointed. This morning we were assured that both rooms would remain available, so we left our valuables in the room. However, while we were three hours away, we were informed that one room had been reassigned. The staff insisted on moving our belongings to the new room despite our concerns about our valuables and mentioned that the situation was resolved because the other guest agreed to take the new room. Additionally, we experienced barely any hot water and found ants in the room. The hotel took no accountability for these problems, leaving us to deal with the consequences of their mistake.

Great location to the airport. Clean and staff were very nice. Will definitely stay again if looking for a hotel near the airport. Also, you can request transportation to the airport for a small fee. Very convenient!

I loved staying at Thanh Long Hotel. It was modern, super clean and convenient to the airport. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast all I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer but alas it was a stopover.

We arrived late in the evening to a wrong branch of this hotel but we very much appreciated that they had a car that took us to the correct address. The room was clean and cool and as depicted in the pictures.
