Hard to fault.
Near new residential apt block ,
24hr security so no problems with collecting passes on self check.
All the rental apartments are on 3 adjacent floors with their own lift ; separate from the residential units so no interaction or noise from residents activities
All the essentials in place to have a better, long stay experience than being in a hotel room .
Great shower ,nice bed , cool A/c ,small lounge area , and desk spaces .
Best location ever.
< 5 min walk to Opera House ,
< 10 min to the Vincom mall ( massive basement food court , Vinmart supermarket for essentials and beer ,typical retail therapy )
< 15 min to massive Saigon Central mall
Super quiet ( by Vn standards ) Despite closeness to CBD , the street only has better quality hotels and early closing F/B .No backpacker or late nite bar activity .

Possibly the largest , if not the best roof top pool in HCMC, Views across most of CBD from 22nd floor , unencumbered by other buildings. Perfect cooling temp , not tepid like most Vn hotel pools
Great area at night to relax , even if not using the lovely pool
Not personally used , but very extensive roof top gym , with panoramic views over HCMC
