Apartment is not the as luxurious as advertised on the website pictures. However very spacious. The advertised location is very misleading. It is around the area but not as convenient located as advertised. The checking in procedure is more complicated as specified. The phone number to get hold of the property owner is not listed as active. However the owner responded quickly by text. The owner prefers WhatsApp for communication. My family knows Vietnamese and communicated with owner by local texting and by local phone otherwise we would have been lost.
