The hotel is was noisy. I could hear people dropping stuff on the floor upstairs as well as when they running. There was also some kind of fan noise outside my door all night long. The mini-split air conditioning unit did not cool off the roon very well.

I enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the competitive price considering the room condition — until I found some leftover nail clippings on the table and in the bathroom. (The room definitely needs more thorough cleaning.) The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well, and the room wasn’t cool even by the time I checked out. It’s a decent place to stay if you only need a few hours of rest before a flight.

Booked a room to stay in for around 4/5 hours between flights at Ho Chi Minh. Is very handy for the airport. The room was fine, quite basic and the walls were a bit dirty and there was a used contact lense on the tap in the bathroom but it was fine for our needs. If you just want a basic place to stay very close to the airport then this hotel will be fine. Didn’t stay overnight so can’t comment on the bed / comfort.

Great location prior to flight

Had a great stay at Galaxy Hotel for a one night layover in HCMC, conveniently located to the airport and many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Since this area isn't the usual tourist spot-travelers are here to overnight before their flight- not many establishments speak English, however I didn't have any problems ordering coffee and dinner. Room was spacious and very clean. I reserved a room with balcony and city view. Would recommend for a short stay.
