Having stayed in 10 hotels in the last month. This hotel had no staff. No staff to bring in your luggage or take it to your room. The photo of the reception shows three girls dressed in nice uniforms. But it is not like that. Also we booked and paid for a room with outside terrace !!! But didn’t get one. When I asked about the outside space her reply was they were busy and it wasn’t available. Sorry but if it’s not available when I booked why did you allow me to book it. The hotel is run on a tight budget and it shows !!!

Staff is nice, but 1) you may not get the room you booked when you check in, the manager will switch it based on availability, but she’ll switch it to something similar or an upgrade. 2) limited staff so there isn’t always someone at the front desk 3) they said laundry would take 2 hrs, it took 10 hrs because they send it out and I had to keep calling 4) even tho it’s a convenient location, I would pick a place that had better service, I had to wait an hr to check in because my room wasn’t ready

A perfect place

Our flights were delayed so we arrived very late at night. Ms. Olivia was waiting for us and it took almost 5 minutes to go to room. The place is a perfect place to stay due to proximity with all facilities including Ben Thanh market and walking street plus metro station( which we did not use)

First things first, the staff made you feel like family. They were so friendly I immediately felt comfortable. The room was the perfect setting. It came with a nice balcony, nice decorations, a comfortable bed, fridge, very spacious, Aircon, and a big bathroom. The location was on a quaint little street with a laundromat, a coffee shop, a short walk to Ben Thanh market and near one of our favourite restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

部屋は新しくはないが広くて清潔、入口とロビーは雰囲気良し。シャワーの水量が弱い、2日目以降はお湯がほとんど出なかった。 ランドリーサービスあり。立地よし、ブイビエン通りや市場も徒歩圏内。シャワーのお湯がきちんと出るならまた泊まってもいいです。

I picked this hotel because of higher rating in review, so it was correct. Checked in at 10:00pm flight, the lady at the desk was very warm, chatty and friendly. Very helpful, explained the area with a free map. My room is on the 4th floor, bed is comfortable, full amenities, fridge stocked with drinks, aircon, table, desk, chai. Bathroom is very clean, reasonable space. Daily cleaning service. No much view from the window in my room, but I didn’t need it, just for sleep. Good internet. Too. The location is excellent, in dist 1, 10min to the Ben Thanh market for great choices of breakfast, open from 6am, the palace is 2 streets from market, 20min walk to famous backpacker street, almost 20-30min walk to heart of HCMC. Lots of cafe, restaurants, mini mart, massage and laundry shop around the hotel. Very popular hotel with travellers.
