WiFi a bit intermittent at times. Excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was adequate, but lacking a lot of variety. Only minor complaint there was no shower option in my junior suite (only a jacuzzi bathtub). There was a shower wand in the bathtub, but using it as a shower alternative just sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. Excellent bar with a wide variety of menu items. The rooftop pool was small but has an excellent view of the city, highly recommended.

Au Lac Charner Hotel is a small boutique property a few minutes away from central Saigon. It is a very neat and friendly hotel where your wish becomes the command of the friendly staff. The rooms, while smallish, are well furnished and comfortable. The most endearing quality of this hotel is the pleasantness of the staff, especially Kent at the front desk and Lewis in the restaurants.

Ideally located hotel in District 1. A 2 minute walk to the Cafe Apartments and Bitexco Skydeck. Staff were very friendly. The sauna and outdoor pool that overlook the city was a welcome facility (particularly for the night time lights). Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was great. I booked two rooms and it would've been nice if both were together and on the same floor. My sister had trouble getting out of the pool because the last step was to BIG. She had to wait until someone come to help her out of the pool.

I highly recommend this place ! My room was perfect and very clean. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly ! The pool is great, the breakfast is delicious and has many options. The Day Spa is wonderful.The afternoon tea is also delicious! I will be staying here again when I am next in Vietnam.
