Beautiful property and nice cabin! Although this property is further away from jasper than I thought, it was a very nice place. Cabin had a full kitchen with pans/dishes and full laundry in unit. Place was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views

We were upgraded to a chalet which suited us very well as we had access to washer/drier and a full kitchen. That said we did not have the view that we expected from the original room booked. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable with beautiful scenery from the restaurant

Me and my family were booked to stay for 2 nights but on 1st night itself I came down with an allergic reaction and couldnt stay further. The staff was very sympathetic and tried to help us find alternate accommodation. Though we had a non refundable reservation, the hotel went above and beyond and refunded the 2nd night charge. The property manager Rishi even offered personal assistance if we were to ever go back again. Amazing customer service and views from the property were the exceptional. Rooms can be a bit small but the whole property very well kept and clean. We would definitely be returning.

We booked this hotel thinking it was in the town of Jasper when in fact was about 40 kilometers outside of Jasper with very limited amenities.

Staff very friendly. Lovely property, but Unfortunately they do not mention that they are close to the Yellowhead Highway so the traffic noise is very loud. Couldn’t sit out in our balcony to enjoy the view. It is very remote so having complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the morning would have been wonderful. Not worth the price we paid.
