We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean with ample towels for all! The very short walk to beach was so wonderful to catch sunrises and sunsets each day. Kitchen had plenty of cook wear which was so nice since we brought groceries and cooked most every meal. Great location too!

Everything was fabulous. The house was great and accommodated all 9 of us. Thr heated pool was a great added feature The path yo.the beach was convenient and not a long walk at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend and book for iur next stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home ! We so appreciated your willingness to help with any need , even bringing over a desk so we could work remotely . The house was spacious and perfect as we could go out the back yard gate and get to the beach in minutes . A great few weeks and would recommend this vacation spot to everyone !!

This property was in a great location. Such a quick little walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. So close to everything we rode our bikes most of the time. The house was very clean and the pool was great. Really have no complaints except the grill was a little dirty But nothing a little elbow grease didn’t fix. Hilton head is beautiful and for a family vacation. this is a great property.

Excellent location. Storms had rolled thru prior to stay so path to the private beach area was not passable, but short walk away was another path and Coligny Beach was convenient and close. The pool house guest house was a nice option for one of our couples. Thanks again for a great stay!

Annual Family Vacation

The house was perfect. Location was great - loved the private path to the beach. The house and area were super dog friendly which was great as we had 2 dogs with us. House was well appointed and everything was clean. Only comments would be to label the drawers in the kitchen so that one knows where to find (and put back) kitchen items. Would be nice to have some beach towels available. Other than that - would highly recommend this property.

Great Family Vacation!

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. There was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a great hit with the grandkids. They spent a lot of time in there. The pool area is very secluded. The private path to the beach is right next to the property. It is about a three minute walk through lush vegetation. The beach is wide, beautiful, and not busy. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and two beach carts to carry all your stuff to the beach. The garage had a nice sitting area as well as a ping pong table that the grandkids enjoyed when they were not swimming in the pool or the ocean. We rented bikes for the week. They were delivered to the house. The bike path is right across the street from the house. There are miles of bike paths all over the island. We fortunate enough to attend a practice round of the RBC Open, which was right down the street from the house. We spent on day touring Savannah and attending a game of the Savannah Bananas. The game was so entertaining and fun! We highly recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and always answered my emails quickly. This property will not disappoint!

The home couldn’t be in a better location. The house is kept very clean and the owner communicates very well. The only issue we had was with the pool heat and cleanliness. There was so many leaves and a ripped skimmer. We ordered a new one on Amazon because everyday you needed to clean it. The heated pool to us is not worth the cost as it didn’t keep the pool as warm as we had wished. All in all that is our only complaint with the property!

House was as pictures show. Short walk to the beach. The beach is wide and beautiful. Had a problem with the heating system when we first arrived, but owner was very responsive and it was fixed in a timely manner.
