Perfect for teleworking and near great restaurants including the Dune House on the beach the General Store for basic necessities on the go and Alexanders for fine dining. Perfect for golfer's, pickleballer's and beach goers. Great for families.
The space
Spacious and clean! This Villa is updated with a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new stainless appliances, new floors, and paint. Our open floor plan makes a bright and airy space for family gatherings or teleworking with a view. The kitchen is well equipped with an Air Fryer Oven, Flat Cooktop, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Coffee Station. The back deck has a hammock and eating area with an amazing direct view of the golf course and shade from fabulous palm trees and Spanish moss.
