Villamare 3526 is in Building #3 with Over 140 FIVE star reviews. I am experienced Owner/Property Manager for over 15 years of Property Management and real estate experience. Also, my husband and I live on the Hilton Head island. Our unit has a Southern exposure, 3 SMART TV'S, Ocean Views with cozy coastal decor, new furniture. and freshly painted 2024 with 2025 new master shower.. There is everything you need for a fun family Vacation in Villamare 3526. BLACK OUT t curtains in the bedrooms for sleeping late, games, blocks, cards, comfy furniture plus beach towels. to use while visiting The unit has a southern exposure which makes all rooms and terraces bright and sunny all year round, especially in the winter months. No need to bring beach towels as I have added beach towels for your convenience. Both Terraces have Ocean Views and glorious Sunsets. The kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is equipped with all you will need for a busy active family, including Keurig, and drip coffee pots, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer. As a property manager for over 1 6years, I have tried to make this condo as comfortable as your own home. We have added a new Washer and Dryer. The Foyer entrance has been remodeled and opened up for easier entrance to the Living room and "B" bedroom unit.

The living room has new furniture 2024 and is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating for all and a 42" SMART TV on a moving arm and over 200 channels. The Living Room Terrace and second bedroom both have views of the ocean as seen in the pictures provided.

The Dining Room table seats 4 plus 2 bar stools make dining easy for your busiest days at the beach.

****Both the Master Bedroom and B unit Bedroom have new Blackout Curtains so you and your children or guests can sleep late. The Masters Bath has been remodeled and has a privacy glass partition added between the Sink/Tub area and Master Bedroom. The Bath area has new cabinetry and granite counters.

The Second Bedroom has new mattresses and 2 queen sized beds and a large private bath and shower which was remodeled in 2020. The "B" bedroom also has a SMART TV with instruction and picture of the remote to make usage easy!!.

We are in Building #3 which has 2 elevators for your convenience and plenty of underground parking. The Palmetto Dunes Association requires a $35.00 car pass fee per car per week which you will pay for and pick up when you first enter thru the Security gate. The fee is prorated according to the lenght of your stay.

*****This unit is Owned by Brookview Gardens, Inc. a charitable non profit with headquarters in Hilton Head at Shelter Cove. Charitable funds are distributed through grants to many needy Charities in the US including many in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

First family visit

This was our first visit to the island, and we really enjoyed our stay here at Villamare. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything needed, and provided nice ocean views. The complex is in a very convenient spot on the island and close to so much, we also enjoyed the newly renovated pool.

A little bit of paradise

I have stayed in this unit every year for nine years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Hilton Head Island! Villamare is close to great restaurants and golf courses plus you have the ocean to great you every morning. The upgrades to the pool area are fantastic, too!

50th Anniversary

This was a perfect place to stay. So centrally located. Enjoyed the beach and health club that you have access to. Knew the pools were under renovation before we got there but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the beach. It will be gorgeous once it is done. Enjoyed the views. Felt like you were on top of the trees and ocean view was so relaxing. Even on rainy days! Jan is so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our 50th so special.

Very clean decorated unit. Girlfriends came down enjoyed the pool, playing card, and going out to eat. Huaband joined and had fun sitting on beach with our daughter and dinner at the Black Marlin and lunch at The Crazy Crab resturants. Two of our favorites.

Lovely place near the beach

We enjoyed staying here very much! Jan is a wonderful property manager - she responded quickly when we had a concern (unrelated to the unit) and followed up more than once to make sure everything had been resolved and that we were enjoying our stay. The unit was clean, attractive and comfortable. Our only complaint was the slow elevator, but everything else about the unit and property were great!

Perfect Hilton Head location

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Property manager Jan is super. This unit is a 5th floor corner which is perfect and very quiet. Very clean unit which was appreciated. The furnishings are nice but starting to need replaced. The unit is older and in need of some updating especially in the master bath and bedroom. Mattress in master bedroom not as comfortable as we had hoped. Surprised to see duck tape holding tub together and electrical in need of updating. Kitchen is well equipped but space is limited. Might consider adding more spatulas, insulted cups, chip clips, small cooler or insulted bag for beach. TVs are older, too small for the spaces, difficult to operate and watch recently released movies due to lack of picture quality. Appreciated the beach towels and hairdryer. Washer/ dryer worked great. Air condition in master bedroom limited, but fan helped. Would recommend adding more family games to play especially when raining. Tons of puzzles and books. We flew to HH and in units we’ve rented previously in Palmetto Dunes were more stocked with spices, hand soap, aluminum foil, bags, coosies, Kleenex, etc. It’s difficult to bring these items with you in your luggage. Overall a great unit and perfect for 4 people.

Another wonderful stay

Another wonderful stay at Jan's property. We had a small issue with the fridge not being cold enough at the beginning of the visit and Jan was very responsive. Luckily, setting the fridge to the coldest temperature seemed to do the trick to chill our groceries properly. We appreciated the puzzles and games that were in the condo for when we needed a break from the sun and the addition of a slow cooker and blender in the kitchen was also much appreciated. The condo was very clean overall, including the fridge. Beds are super comfortable as is the furniture. The location cannot be beat for beach access and ease of getting to other places on the island. The outdoor pool was chilly the first half of the week due to the lower temperatures, but it warmed up nicely by the end of our week.
