We were here for four nights and had nothing but a blast. The house was perfect for a big group and exceeded our expectations.

Property was great, well appointed, clean, close to the beach and really cool views of the marsh as the tides went in and out day in and day out. AC stopped working at one point, but they had a technician out right away to fix it so not a big deal. Our only complaint is the pool was too cold to use. This time of year it's warm during the day but cool at night and the pool doesn't get a ton of full sun because of the shadows cast by the house itself and the house next door. So the pool was pretty cold and even though we offered to pay extra to heat the pool, we were told that heating the pool was not an option at all. Not sure why it wasn't an option, if not in the fall when it gets cooler, then when? Also, only 2 of the 6 jets on the hot tub were working, so the water in the hot tub (which unlike the pool was warm enough) wasn't the normal bubbling moving about you would expect. In sum, the house was great, great location, etc. but it wascdisappointing we were not able to use the pool due to the lack of heating.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property had it all! Wonderful, serene setting with the marshland behind the house, but also a very quick walk to the beach. The little neighborhood is picturesque and feels somewhat private, very safe and very clean. The property itself was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen (had everything you’d possibly need and then some!), as well as plenty of towels in every room and bathroom. There was also a stash of beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, beach chairs, etc., which were a nice surprise. The elevator came in very handy for loading and unloading cars. Communication with the AvantStay team was also great…they gave some wonderful local recommendations and were very clearly available for anything we needed. We rented bikes but definitely recommend seeing if you can do a day at Sea Pines and rent bikes there. The bike paths and scenery there are much better than the area around the house. Still enjoyed some great bike rides!Singleton beach is beautiful. Lots of crab hunting, the sand is beautiful, and we were lucky to hit it at the perfect time for turtles to be hatching. There were nests everywhere and turtles hatching pretty much every morning. Overall, our family of 10 loved it. The pool was great for cooling off and there was something for everyone from tweens-adults…quiet breezy balcony seating to read a book and enjoy coffee, pool table and big comfy couch, outdoor space, and we loved the big massive dining table for family dinners.

A great week

We enjoyed every aspect of this home. It was big enough for our family of 18. We loved the ease of walking to the beach and coming home to the pool. A private balcony with 4 of the bedrooms was a plus. It was gorgeous to watch the tide rise and fall in the marsh while also looking at the ocean. We have already booked for 2026

Great House in a Great Location

Views of the marsh were great. Very short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were spacious with plenty of room and all with private bath rooms. Local hosts Ruben, Thomas, and David were very responsive and gave us some good info. Only negative was one oven for such a big beautiful house.

Baseball team Spring Break

Loved the location first and foremost. Had lots to do with the ping pong and billiards tables. Lots of room and liked that each room had a bathroom and shower.

Wonderful home on Hilton Head

Coastal marsh was a great place for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy. The common areas were perfect for gathering together. Would definitely recommend.

Family Trip

It was our first family trip with all 5 kids as adults and their spouses and grandkids! There were 12 of us and the house was perfect! So much space, walkability to the beach and location was ideal! The service from the management was fabulous also! I highly recommend this home and this company!

Labor Day- Senior trip

We were so impressed with the property and assistance of the concierge team. The upstairs AC unit was not working the first day we were there so it was 85 degrees. Maintenance came the next day at noon and fixed it, but the first night was incredibly hot. The property was absolutely wonderful.
