This single-level unit features an open-concept living and dining area that seamlessly connects to a beautifully remodeled kitchen, complete with granite countertops and elegant cabinetry. For added convenience, a new washer and dryer, and a brand-new heating and air system are also provided.

The oceanfront master suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, updated with a granite vanity and a sleek glass walk-in shower. Down the hallway, the guest bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a full-size and a twin-size bed, and the guest bathroom is also modernized with a granite-top vanity, a tiled bathtub/shower, and stylish tile flooring.
