Great house - well stocked, lagoon view, pool was refreshing in the July heat, and simple walk across the street to the beach with all the gear provided. The beds were comfortable and all the kitchen supplies and trash bags and dish soaps were appreciated as many don’t have these to this degree. I brought beach towels and they had them! The master living room is a bonus is you want to separate from the kids. We had a missing tv remote in one room and a broken tv screen in another when we arrived but they came the next day and replaced it. I would recommend this house. Overall, our stay was great… pool and beach time and bike rides. A great decompress!

Holiday Vacation

This was easily the best experience we've had renting a house for vacation. From the timeliness of communication, the ease of check-in, the location of the property, the cleanliness of the house, the amenities provided by the host, and the simplicity of check-out, everything was absolutely outstanding. I could not rate this location higher and I look forward to returning to this location for future vacations.

Wonderful Vacation House!

We stayed here for a week with our family of 5 and one set of grandparents. It was a beautiful house, very well stocked and in a perfect location. I really liked the short walk to the beach with the wagon, beach toys and umbrellas that were provided. The pool was great and the kids loved getting up and going swimming. There’s nothing more I could have asked for an truly loved this vacation house. We hope to come back again next year.

Wonderful stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BEST NEST sets the bar so high. Beautiful home, well decorated, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything! Bug spray, soap, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, etc. It is so much nicer than the usual rental, especially in terms of supplies. Two minute walk to the beach. Not pictured in the listing photos are some great shade umbrellas in the pool area which were appreciated.

Scaup Court is our favorite home on Hilton Head Island! Beautiful home, amazing location!

Spotless, well stocked, beautifully decorated, amazing location right across the street from the beach and also close to Harbor Town and Salty Dog Cafe. Private outdoor pool and patio. Our family has stayed at several really nice homes with also with great locations close to the beach on Hilton Head Island. The BestNest Beverly Serral Scaup Court home is our absolute favorite! Was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amount of basic supplies stocked in the home for us to use. Plenty of hand soap, Dove shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, linens, extra pillows, blankets, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, large beach umbrellas, wagon to make going back and forth to the beach super easy, basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, other spices, ziplocks, saran wrap, dish washer soap, etc.). Really I can't say enough about this home! It is fantastic and we will definitely stay here again!

Best vacation rental company ever!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed with various different vacation rental companies over our many years of vacationing on Hilton Head and we will now exclusively be staying at Beverly Serrell properties! The house was not only BEAUTIFUL, but extremely well stocked! We could have probably not packed anything and been fine! Vacation rentals have come a long way over the years, but Beverly Serrell’s company truly went above and beyond for us in every aspect. The staff at the office were extremely organized, well communicative, and accommodating to our changing travel plans! We can’t say enough good things about this amazing company!

If it wasn't there, you don't need it! Beverly and her team were most gracious and highly recommend Best Nest for all your rental needs. You will love the sitting area for the main bedroom too! Supplied with the best guest needs. I left my hair dryer at home and theirs was so good, I went home and ordered one for myself. High end professional grade. One less thing to pack! Loved this house!!! Bet you will too !! Plus 5 minute walk to the ocean!! Beverly is very tuned into her clients needs as is her whole staff. Enjoyed meeting her.

Not This Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed for many years with BestNest and this was our least favorite stay. The property smelled of mildew and the location was not nice. The furnishings are lovely but the framework of the house is undesirable. This is not the usual with Beverly Serral properties. I hesitated to review but after freq request feel sad to say I wouldn’t recommend this location. I would still recommend BestNest just make sure you know what you are renting.
