A grand entrance welcomes you into beautiful rooms where you can truly relax and enjoy your time away. The lower level has a huge gathering area with access to the covered patios. Through the glass doors, it is just steps to the pool and spa area and the private beach path, all surrounded by a lush island landscape. The four luxurious, lower-level bedroom en-suites look out to this great outdoor living space. The main level has a gourmet kitchen open to a large living and dining area with a deep coastal feel. It also boasts two additional bedroom en-suites, an office, and a beautiful deck with a sweeping vista. This fantastic beach home is a true island retreat, perfect for family and friends. Note maximum occupancy is limited to twelve guests total.

Pleasing except for a few items

There were a few things that were a problem. The outside trash room was a catastrophe. Obviously, a previous accumulation of trash as well as some animal. The TV's operations were a nightmare. Spectrum is awful particularly for the bedroom TV's. Unfortunately, the next-door neighbor had remodeling ongoing and was extremely noisy all day...!! The home was nice but did show a little of its age.

An Amazing Property and Location

Our family loved this property. Walk right out to the beach or the pool and hot tub were right there to keep everyone happy. The 4 bikes were a bonus and used every day. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home, breathtaking views and sea turtles!

Our family spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen (we love to cook!), a wonderful jetted soaking tub in the master bedroom and a very nice pool and jacuzzi with plenty of privacy in the backyard. But the best part of stay was when my daughter and I walked out on the beach one night to look at the full moon and to our great surprise and delight, saw a giant sea turtle nesting in the dunes! We watched quietly, at a distance, careful not to disturb her, as she made a total of three nests before returning to the water. It was a magical experience we will never forget.
