This cottage was quite literally perfect in every way! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful while we were traveling from outside of the country to make sure that our stay was even better than advertised. The cottage is cozy, so best for 1-2 people to stay versus 3 or more. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room fire place was perfect for a cold night. The location is unbelievable. Situated right in downtown Hillsborough, you're able to quickly walk to a bakery, pub, restaurant, Coop, and everyone in the town was incredibly friendly. Parking is a little tricky if you aren't comfortable with tight spaces but the neighbors were wonderfully helpful and understanding. If you don't plan to drive, be warned that ubers aren't frequent in the area, and the taxi cab companies will service but need advanced notice. The hosts provide great instructions and go above and beyond to make sure that you're aware of that, and who is a trusted vendor to call. We hope to be back here as many times in the future as we can!
