The Space:

Heating and air conditioning - there are 4 mini-split HVAC systems in the cabins (front door, den and each bedroom). Please keep all on the same mode, such as AC or heat to assure the most efficient utilization. They will compete if set on opposing settings.

Two parking spaces are located directly at the cabin.
Guests will receive an electronic door code 3 days prior to check-in.

Downtown Highlands is approximately 2.5 miles away, offering boutique shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and seasonal events. Guests have easy access to hiking trails, waterfalls, scenic mountain drives, and outdoor recreation throughout the surrounding area.

Two Samsung Smart TVs are provided. Guests sign in and out of their own streaming services.
We have make-up washcloths for use to provide an alternative to our white towels - please use.
A basket of rags are in the pantry for additional cleaning options.
Dogs are permitted with a $75 fee. If cleaning is required beyond a reasonable expectation such as extensive spot cleaning or washing linens/towels more than once, additional fees may occur. If the white linens and towels do not return to pristine condition after cleaning, a charge for replacement will occur. We take great pride in our white linens and towels and will not use any that are stained with our guests. Our preference is that dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds but appreciate this can be a challenge so please do your part in protecting fabrics. We have dog blankets, towels and water bowls to accommodate our furry friends. We love them as much as you do but let's be honest, they can get messy. Please assure we are aware of any dog guests when booking.
There is no onsite trash service. Buck Creek Convenience Center is a 3-minute drive for trash and recycling.
A 5% administrative / credit card fee applies to cancellations when we are required to pay a credit card usage fee that is non-refundable with a cancellation.

We respect guest privacy and do not provide in-person check-in.
