Had 2 incidents well staying there. Had a brand new pair of lulu lemon pants taken from the room and had an incident with the pool. Was told I would hear back from a manager almost 2 weeks later still no response even after I called for a follow up.

Bathroom had hair when we checked in and we paid extra to have a hot tub room. It was very dated. Unfortunately we didn’t use it much as it wasn’t cleaned proper despite the fact we asked for our room to be cleaned every day. There was also water damage on the ceiling and we found a few bugs in the room.

For such a large busy hotel, it was amazingly quiet. Staff at front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. We had a nice meal at the Wildhorse saloon served by a pleasant young lady.

We had a staycation at the Deerfoot Inn and casino a few years and the kids loved it. They had been counting down the days. One hour in a kid vomited in the pool and ruined the experience for all. We specifically came for the pool and got less than an hour. Super disappointing!
