The house keeping was excellent and Karen the property manager was available if I needed anything. We did not need anything but I had the peace of mind that if anything was needed Karen was just a phone call away. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots, pans and bakeware, also there were enough plates and bowls. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well stocked with towels. The view of the mountains from from the kitchen/dining area and the family room are amazing. It was wonderful watching the transformation in the mornings and evening as the light played against the mountains. I definitely would go back to this house in the future if staying in Hiawassee. The road to the home is narrow but we met very few cars in our travels in and out of the cabin in the month we stayed there. It really was not a problem with the narrow roads leading to the home.

beautiful place, clean, and comfortable. had everything we needed for our stay. close to everything we wanted to do. there are some reviews that mention issues with the driveway up to the place, but they are a bit over exaggerated. the drive up the mountain is like any other, and wouldn't be an issue for most people. don't let those comments steer you away from this place.

The Bell Chalet is perfect with an outstanding view. Cozy and homy...you can feel the owners love on the property. It is perfectly located and secluded, with access to trails and full nature! My two advises would be bring your Ids and passwords for streaming TV and drive

This cabin was the definition of cozy! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much. We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we couldn't. The hostess, Karen was so kind and helpful. This was our first time staying in a cabin and we loved it so much we want to make it an annual thing that we do. The town was also very lovely to tour around.

This cabin was awesome for a girls' trip! The last uphill was a bit steep, but as other reviews mentioned, keep your momentum up, go slow downhill, and you'll be fine. The views from the master, dining, and even the loft were amazing, especially with the sun in the morning and evening. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.The hot tub was a major highlight for relaxing, and so was the rest of the cabin when we were reading our books. Internet and streaming apps like Netflix all worked perfectly. The gaming room was a cute bonus too; we totally played some Mrs. Pacman, which was super nostalgic and fun. Plus, Karen was super quick, kind, and polite with her communication. I'd totally recommend staying here!

This place is great! We didn’t have an issues at all but the host is available and easy to reach, if needed! The house overlooks the lake and the fire pit and hot tub add to the experience. Lots of things to see, places to hike and delicious restaurants close by.

Decorated perfectly, the whole house felt like a real home. THE VIEW was amazing. The kitchen space was designed to host a family for sure it was so nice to be included while cooking. The glass porch siding was my absolute favorite!! I didn’t think the drive up wasn’t too bad, keep the momentum and stay aware. If needed roll down windows to hear oncoming traffic. Really once you pass the turn for Bell Mountain you aren’t likely to encounter anyone. Make sure to explore downtown Hiwassee and Downtown Helen! The house has a book that gives great details on where to explore while there. I’m already trying to figure out how we can get our whole family down there in the future, that’s how great this house was! Thank you Karen for your communication skills, you truly made our trip even better. The coffee bar, endless board games, and fireplace as well as fire pit really set this place apart from any other we have stayed! We really appreciate a fully stocked kitchen as we love to cook also, so thanks for that as well!
