First impressions weren't good as part of the garage door decorative trim was laying on the ground. A large pile of dirt from fire ant nest was gathered in front of garage as well. No ice from the ice maker in the freezer, yet no ice cube trays available. Our socks turned brown within minutes as the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in days. Kitchen window blinds adjustment rods two were inop. The worst was the master bed, as the mattress felt like a soft loaf of bread yet tilted to the middle as the legs of the frame in the middle were askew. I texted management and was promised a quick response, that never came :( Fallen branch's in back yard were not picked up by the person who mowed the lawn.The large cockroach that came out of the spare bedroom closet scared the crap out of me! The place has nice bones yet needs a lot of attention and cleaning. The kitchen has most your basic kitchen appliances yet no toaster. We weren't able to watch any TV as batteries were dead on remotes. Stray hairs in and on the spare room sheets. Daughter in law a bit picky... Very close to local Hewitt Walmart, nice quite neighborhood. Easy lock and unlock front door. Nice tiles and floor treatments. Armchair in living room, arm rest broken or sagging, just sad.
