In spring, arriving at the cottage is like stepping into a Normandy postcard! This beautiful restored farmhouse is adjacent to an apple orchard where a herd of cows graze. The owner has carefully preserved the building's character to recreate a bygone atmosphere. River fishing is available near the cottage. The cottage is also conveniently located away from the beaches and the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville.

La campagne proche de la mer

Très vielle bâtisse restaurée. 2 grandes chambres à l'étage, grand séjour, cuisine séparée bien équipée. Logement propre et bien équipé. Cours avec portail. Environnement champêtre à environ 5 km d'Agon Coutainville. Tout près du magnifique Havre de Régneville (mais pas de vue directe). Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Idéal pour un séjour reposant un peu en dehors de l'agitation du bord de mer.
