Perfect location, nice room and very nice gym. Easy check-in process. Only negative feedback is that I was under the impression there was an airport shuttle service from IAD but ended up taking a taxi as there is no service actually.

Fabulous property in the heart of North Hills! Everyone there was SO NICE and eager to help in any way. Everything is CLEAN and very nicely appointed. The breakfast and bar were great with exceptional service at every turn. Parking was FREE in the garage below and easy to find. LOVE this property, definitely recommend!

We arrived on Monday November 24, however, the next morning there was no water. We called the front desk to find out when the water was coming back and they said in two hours. The water cabe back about two hours later but we didn't get hot water. We had to leave the hotel without getting showers because we had tickets for some events in Washington D.C. When we arrived that evening finally there was hot water. The rest of the stay we had no more issues. I belive we should be compensated in some way for this problem. Thank you, Arturo Rubalcava
