My one and only complaint is the parking price, especially where I didn't require or really want valet service and still insane fees. Not that parking is easy to find or cheap anywhere in southern coastal California. Only complaint

Stayed a couple of nights before a cruise. Lovely setting in a clean and safe marina area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Room bright and clean with spacious balcony overlooking the boats. The only minor negatives were a very noisy bar - it was quite busy with nobody behaving loudly but a very low ceiling with almost all hard surfaces so inevitably noisy. The bathroom had poor lighting at the sink which made putting on make up difficult. Bring your own illuminated mirror!

We stayed here on NYE and we had less than 24 hrs in LA before heading on to Mexico. This hotel is perfection. It was raining, but the heated pool and super hot tub distracted us from that. The bar had a great atmosphere, and the beds were like falling into a cloud. I just wish we’d had more time here!!!
