C à dépanne mais très bruyant
C à nous à bien dépanné mais appartement est seulement propre en apparence,beaucoup de poussières , vaisselle pas clean,miettes ds les tiroirs, joint de salle de bain à revoir. Appartement Très bruyant (music tte la nuit , engueulade des voisins ). jeune qui fument tt les jours dans les escaliers . Le Propriétaire fait visiter les chambres en présence des locataires ! Et niveau matériel et confort c'est un peu chez wish .. lattes de matelas cassée sur les 2 chambres louée, fenêtres qui ne ferme pas , lit fisuré, rideaux accroché par du scotch orange , en revanche matelas très confortables et Propriétaire tt de même sympa et joignable.
