Book a hotel near Head Over Heels, Cheadle

"We stayed in a very lovely triple room, loads of space and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and staff were very friendly. The receptionist was brilliant and took a shinning to our 8.5 month old son. If I had to be picky we didn't have any towels in our room nor teaspoons for coffee. But a quick trip to reception fixed that. That thank you bag is a really nice touch. The hotel is on the flight path to Manchester airport do you can hear the places flying overhead but it's not too bad. The Indian restaurant in site was very good. The waiters also took a shinning to our son. Highly recommended."

"The shuttle service was fantastic and made travelling with kids and luggage so much easier, also the staff were all so helpful during our stay. Even the standard twin room was very spacious and had everything we needed."

"It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful. However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point.. We shouted and the member of staff closed the door. I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident. It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care. I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise. I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me. "
