    The Small Town Charmer is a lovely cottage style home located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It's perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The house sleeps up to 7 people and pets are welcome too! The large driveway will park up to six cars and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. I'm a great host who's always on duty and I’d love to share my beautiful home with you!     Everything was good. The stay was good. The wedding was beautiful. The only thing that was bad, was the dog pile in the front yard. I placed a napkin on it. So the kids would not step in it. Thank you for everything

    Stayed here during our family reunion weekend with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean. It was nice to have a whole house to stay in rather than hotel rooms. This provided us time to play games and enjoy each other's company. We will definitely stay here again!
