Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites, an official Colonial Williamsburg Hotel
"This property is very large, plenty of rooms! It is so close to everything you'd want to do, from Colonial Williamsburg to Busch Gardens, delicious restaurants and everything in between. The king suite we stayed in was immaculate and had a mini fridge, microwave and extra sink in that same area of the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the room was great as well. The pool was very large and had plenty of poolside chairs and tables. There was a small splash area for the smaller children. There was mini-golf as well but we didn't have the time to play during our stay. The only downside was the breakfast area as it was very small for the amount of people that could be staying at the property. It was hard to find a table inside. There were outside tables, but who wants to eat outside when it was already over 80 degrees by 8am?! The breakfast was more of a continental style with muffins, bagels, frozen waffles, cereals, etc. The only hot option were some bacon, egg and cheese bites and they were very good. Overall, this is an extremely nice place to stay even though some may say its slightly outdated. That is the style of the property and it works!"
