"Everything was nearly exactly as described in the listing. Captain dons was literally the best entry for snorkeling - so much to see just off the dock. Only thing that would have made this property absolutely perfect would have been a water entry from the back door.I’ve stayed in many vrbos with larger updated kitchens but have to say THIS WAS THE BEST STOCKED KITCHEN! Every little appliance including coffee maker, blender and pots and pans! I cook a lot so this was perfect! Lots of plates, every glass imaginable for any type of beverage! All the acs and fans worked perfect!Great area to wash, hang and store safely our dive gear with locks, hangers and even a wash bin to clean our BCDs!Yes there was construction noise that we were told of prior to booking but they started promptly at 7:30 and were done by 3:15 nearly weekday. Kind of got used to it. Downside was the concrete dust. Most of that should be done soon. Again don’t mind bc we were in the water as much as we could get in! The entry - exit by the “cliff” dive spot which is on the resort property had the gate closed after about 5:30-6pm that we didn’t really know about. Just keep that in mind. U will have to turn around. However - At that exit - right across the street is the grocery store. convenient! The BEDS! Were THE most comfortable of any Vrbo we ever used! Such a plus! Despite the construction noise and the dust - this was a great stay! Appreciate the ease of host communication!"

"This condo is wonderful for a couple. Don't bey put off that it is a studio. the owners have arranged so effectively you feel like there a bedroom area, living area, dining room and kitchen. It's plenty of space. And the view is beautiful - nice than it would be if it were subdivided by walls.Bed is comfortable. Climate control was highly effective. We turned it off when we left the condo and it cooled quickly as soon as you turn it on when you return. In the late afternoons, we turned off A/C and enjoyed the cross wind, front screened door open to back screened balcony. It was very comfortable.I highly recommend this condo."

"The Good: The rental was cheap, there were many appliances in the house, they were flexible on letting us check in early, the management staff were nice, there was an outdoor shower with a plastic tub to rinse off after diving, & a clothes line in the back which was useful for drying off wet clothes. The Bad: It was unclear from the VRBO description that the rental is in a shared compound with 4 other rental houses & the entire outdoor space is communal, so no privacy outside. Although we reserved one of the rental houses, they put us in a different one because they were remodeling which wasn't a big deal, but it would've been nice to know ahead of time. The main gate to the compound needed to stay closed because of donkeys, but it was manual requiring you to physically slide it open & closed each time. The gate was very heavy. Everything seemed slightly worn down with visible damage to doors, stone walkways, etc. The little minor issues added up like a leaking water pitcher, no clothes dryer, an improperly mounted ceiling fan in a bedroom that hit one of the beams when turned on which seemed unsafe, no ceiling fan or air conditioning in the main living area which made it warm/hot in that area, pillows that smelled used, the outdoor shower has a timed push button rather than a knob which required you to continuously hit the button, no area to hang dive gear near the outdoor showers, the tub was dirty, & didn't provide soap, shampoo, dish soap, sponges, or extra trash bags."
