This is a beautiful location. Good food, great staff. Pool area was very nice the bartenders were awesome at the pool. Beach area was pretty. There are things to see within walking distance. The arcade can use a remodel, the nightly entertainment singers were good over by 10pm. Would definitely return to this location.

The staff that worked in the dining areas and bars were excellent. The gentleman that worked on the beach to provide umbrellas, chairs were also great. Improvement is needed at the front desk in regards to consistency in communicating information to guests. I traveled with friends and we checked in at the same time however they were charged fees ( that were held on the credit card) but I wasn’t told that. The rooms can be improved as well. My room was stuffy throughout my stay even though maintenance came in to check it upon my request. The showers could use doors to keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor and our bathroom didn’t have a vent so it got hot in there after the shower. The resort should provide light food like pizza, fries, etc because after dinner ends at 9:30pm there’s no where else on the resort that you can get something lite to eat. Microwaves could be nice addition to the rooms.

We loved this hotel. The facilities are great and the location is right on the beach. It’s has a real boutique feel with fewer guests that all interact well and are kind and friendly. The food was excellent too and the entertainment. But what really makes this place stand out are the people who work there. Too many too mention but Akeem at the bar and Kimberley in room service stand out. They are such a warm and inviting bunch of people. You can get a real Bajan feel from this hotel.

The property was nice but there were a few things I did not enjoy. I travelled with a group of 6 (3 couples), one thing we noticed right away was that there was no music playing anywhere on the property. There also wasn't an entertainment crew or a nightly entertainment schedule. They did however have a singer with a small band perform at 7:30 on the weekend. The main thing that we did not enjoy was the limited dining. There was no food available at the resort after 9pm. There were also hours throughout the day when food was not available (10-12, 4-6). Lastly fyi there is no alcohol served after 1am. The staff were helpful with letting us know things off the resort that we could do in the evenings and arranged taxi transportation for us. Perfect for relaxation but Id choose a different resort if partying is or turning up is in your vacation plans

Food was excellent at the buffet, unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the specialty restaurants due to no one told us at checkin you had to make a reservations and they fill up a week in advance. Also depending on how long you stay determines how many times you can eat at a speciality restaurant before you have to pay out of pocket to eat there. The all inclusive does not include daily eating at a speciality restaurant only the buffet. The hotel is dated but clean and the staff is great. We couldn't find anyone to book an excursion, the concierge desk was always empty. The beach was beautiful except for a exteme seaweed problem which is understandable and out of their control. Pool is small and seating fills up fast. Beach seating is easy and convenient, the beach staff will set up table, chairs and umbrella upon request. We never had any issues getting seating at the beach. Overall the staff makes this hotel enjoyable. If you are looking for a Hyatt or Marriott experience this hotel will not fit your needs.

Amazing from start to finish. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. I needed a few things during my stay and they never once made it feel like it was a burden. They are so friendly and genuinely care about you and your needs. The beach is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Not outdated like some other resorts. The food options were great, and the quality even better. There was nightly live music for entertainment. The resort never felt over crowded, never a line at the buffet and ample space in the pool. Easy to find chairs at the beach, however, people start saving pool chairs early in the morning so it’s hard to find one by 10am. You manage though, it’s not a deal breaker. I would definitely return

Family run property with a cozy feel. It is certainly not a four or five diamond resort property. It is a cute family resort with a laid back feel. Food was very good and the kitchen led by chef Paul was extremely accommodating. Premium rum was mount gay, other international alcohol brands were very limited. Included wine was Spanish and was drinkable. The staff is the shining star here. Pedro the resort manager is very kind. Kay, Akiel, Helen and Andre were all very helpful and kind.

The hotel is dated. There are absolutely no usb ports. The staff for the most part were kind with the exception of the lady at the pool bar that accused my 74 yr old aunt of smoking marijuana after she was told by another worker that smoking was allowed in uncovered areas away from crowds. There were workers at the buffet resraurant that were awesome. Ache, Daniel, Nikolai, Tristan, but there were some that had attitudes because they had to serve a large group in the morning. If we wanted ice, each person had to ask. If you got a coffee you had to ask for milk and sugar. If you didnt ask you wasnt getting it. Im not sure if thats a policy but it was a little ridiculous. The BIRDS!!! There are birds in the buffet area. Pigeons to be exact and they will walk in the food table if you have food on your table. I had to get my spray bottle from my room to spray the birds. Everything goes in a book at the front desk. Everything handwritten. The pool is clean and warm. There is no atm on site. No US currency exchange at the hotel. You have to go to a bank or exchange currency at the airport. They have a cost efficient shop with nice items for purchase. The spa was great, thank you Andrea. The food is limited. My cousin asked about after hour places to get food and the front desk staff directed her to the gas station to get food. But then we were told not to go to the store or gas station late only in the day time and in groups. The beach is beautiful and my family really like colin

Here’s a polished version of your review that clearly highlights both the positive and negative aspects of your experience: ⸻ Mixed Experience at the Resort – Great Staff, Poor Management The servers, waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They were definitely the highlight of the resort experience. However, I was disappointed with the overall management of the property. Both pools were poorly cleaned and lacked proper maintenance. Entertainment was limited, and music in the restaurants and around the pool areas was inconsistent or completely absent at times, which affected the overall ambiance. There was also confusion about the main pool’s closing time—staff gave me inaccurate information, which was frustrating. On my first night, my room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, which was unexpected and unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. Additionally, the resort grounds had an ongoing issue with flies and mosquitoes, which made it difficult to fully relax. The beach was covered in seaweed and wasn’t cleaned until my third day there. By then, many guests—including myself—chose to visit local beaches off-site, which was disappointing considering beach access was a key part of choosing this resort. This resort has potential, but management needs to step up its game in maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and entertainment Offerings. The live band from 7:30-10pm wasn’t enough.

This resort had incredible food. Not one thing disappointed and my husband and I are fussy eaters. We weren’t sure what food would be like. It did not disappoint and staff was friendly and happy all the time and very attentive and helpful with guiding you to do activities o r tours and shopping off site and the gift shop surprisingly had beautiful items at great prices would highly recommend this property. It was beautiful and so many areas to relax in and things to do
